Last week was outrageously fun with some AMAZING folks in the house who got down with us. First off, thanks to WANGARI who did some beautiful acoustic songs for us and to DJ GREG CAZ who flew in from NYC to share some of his legendary “Black Betty” beats!!
Shout outs to some other “legends” who joined us last Thursday – Donald Kinsey (formerly with Bob Marley & the Wailers) who dropped in to AFRO FUNKĒ for his first time with radio personality NATIVE WAYNE, and alongside SIR DEAN GANT from Earth Wind & Fire. Also in the house was African diva SOMI who we hope to present to you live soon who came by with our favorite African photograher / actor / poet NTARE!
