La Junta LA, the American Cancer Society, and ACS California are coming together on Saturday, June 6th for “Real Men Wear Pink”, an online awareness campaign and emergency response fundraiser to help ease the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. It’s a ‘Virtual DJ Dance Party’ being held across the country on a series of dates during the month-long campaign, with La Junta’s turn to add to the donation total for two hours on the above date. Cancer won’t stop. Neither can we.

This midweek rain has got us excited for what’s gonna bloom on the other side, especially Friday night’s PIÑA! It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally bringin’ in the homies DJ CREEPY and DJ VALENTÍN, aka Westside Cumbia Connection to rock the decks at our monthly Friday romp…and ‘we support this message’!!
Our brother Yukicito will be out of town celebrating his bday week in the Bay, but fortunately, our dear bro from Ojai, DJ Elixir, is in town to keep the sounds deep while Yuki is away. Get your piñas ready and we’ll see you on Friday!
